Returns Policy

We know cats and dogs can be fussy (that's what this is all about!) and our pet food toppers are a new way of helping your furry friend to eat that they might not get on board with. We’re confident you’ll love our Sprinkles, but if you’re unsure or want reassurance, please have peace of mind that we offer free samples of our other flavours in case your cat doesn't fancy the one you ordered.

If your item has arrived faulty/damaged, please just let us know by sending us a message and photo to and we'll get a brand new one sent out to you with express delivery!

As a food product, we are unable to offer returns and refunds (except in the case of the product arriving faulty/damaged and a replacement being declined) though we're always happy to answer your questions and give advice before you purchase to help you make the right choice for your pet.



When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. All our subscribe & save offers are subject to a minimum of 2 payments/deliveries. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
